Jake is the Academic Technology Consultant for the Social Sciences at the University of Richmond. He received his BA in Psychology from Carleton College in 1998, and a PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Washington in 2008. His primary teaching experience has been in research methodology and animal learning. Previous research projects have involved quantitation of the systemic elimination of proteins implicated in the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.
Jake’s technological interests include cutting up workstations with power tools to make them quieter, and finding ways to work (and play) more effectively with computers.
